  • this place puts the "pit" in pittsburgh. i was checked into a "non smoking" room which still had the stale air of previously being a smoking room. The television in my room would not turn on period. the "gym" is the size of a walk in closet w/4 pieces of outdated cardio equipment, it over looks a pool that is perfect for a child but not an actual normal sized person. on my last nights stay no one bothered to clean my room, change sheets or replenish towels. when i called to the front desk they said they would send someone up while i went to dinner. i returned to find my room in the same dispare. the fronrt desk person said the house keepers had all left for the night and they could put me in a smoking room (gross) and that it wasnt her fault. well ok but it isnt my fault either! i stay in alot of hotels in my travels but if you find yourself in pittsburgh i suggest you stay at a youth hostel instead of here and save yourself a hundred bucks.
