  • Didn't meet my expectations. When I go to a resort, I anticipate excellent customer service and something more than a typical hotel stay. The rooms were good size and clean, but my room was not serviced on my second day stay and I certainly did not feel catered to while at the pool. Bartender by the pool was rude. Breakfast is also not included or even offered so you must go offsite for breakfast.
