  • Do not use these people. I was quite excited when I found them for sheer convenience. I requested an initial visit and on going bi weekly services. The woman was very glad to take my business and my payment information immediately. I approved a $50 charge which I received an invoice for. When I checked my bank statement I was charged an additional $29. I inquired what the additional charge was, and after 3 days received a response saying it was for on going services. I don't think it's appropriate to charge ahead before service is even rendered. If you plan on doing this make it very clear to your customers. I disputed the extra charge with my bank, in which this business then stated this "invalid" charge was exactly what I asked for. Simply POOR communication. Will not do business again here or recommend to anyone.
