  • BEWARE: the staff here lies! We dealt with a lady named Ginny who is VERY MISLEADING. She pretended to be nice and built up our expectation only to let us down in a most unprofessional manner! My wife and I looked at phones and Ginny automatically told us that we could get free phones without paying ANYTHING out of pocket (no taxes either). My wife and I decided on two Galaxy S5's. Ginny runs our information and informs us we don't qualify for Verizon Edge which would have allowed us to not pay anything out of pocket. Suddenly we have to pay $199.99 + tax per device for a two-year contract. We decline on that but Ginny wants to further lie to us. She quickly informs us that the upcoming Black Friday deal will allow us to have FREE Galaxy S5's with a two-year contract "with nothing out of pocket". It sounded too good to be true so I went online to look up Verizon Black Friday deals and I come to find that the S5 is NOT truly free up front. It will cost $50 up front plus tax and then you get a $50 mail-in rebate thus making it "free" (after it takes several weeks for the rebate to come in). In my book that is not "free with no out of pocket cost". With a staff like that I would advise anyone to avoid this location.
