  • I have been to other branches of this animal hospital and they were wonderful. This location however I will never return to. Too many things have happened in such a short amount of time and I don't need to keep giving them business when they aren't satisfying my needs. I called about an issue with my pet's medicine and never received a phone call back. I was told the message would go to the doctor and she would get back to me. That obviously never happened. When I went in for a visit for a different pet to receive a booster shot, I was charged for an entire exam which I did not ask for nor was I informed of beforehand. The tech did take half off of the exam fee but it was still very unexpected & shows that their staff is either not fully informed or don't like to inform customers of charges when you speak to them on the phone. Finally, the doctor was extremely pushy about me spaying my pet despite me telling them I had every intention to fix her! I understand the importance & you don't have to shove it down my throat when I ALREADY stated I was going to spay her in the future.
