rev:text	To Whom it may Concern in District Management: This is the first time I am writing you at "Petsmart" I have shopped at the Colonnade Petsmart since it opened additionally I have shopped at Petsmart proper from it opening in Phoenix back in the 1980's I have never had a regret. You folks have always treated me and all my canine,birds, chameleons, and uromastyx children with the upmost care and courtesy you have never let me down. So today I thought I would drop you folks a short note of appreciation to let you know how I felt all these years. I was in your Colonnade store today and I had my usual great experience so I would like to give a accommodation to the people that helped me out the Manager James and the two Women working the registers Emilee and Rosario they all were Professional, Courteous, and Quick Thanks for your great service see you soon!
