  • The reason I give "3" is because of room cleaning service. I had called and complained and the very next day my room cleaning service got even worse, it's like he (and it was a young man who was servicing our rooms) just didn't care. Main bed was maid up and towels were changed but the rest of suite didn't get any attention at all, really really bad! We love the location and restaurants but this time it was very disappointing stay because of room up keeping.
