  • The people I dealt with were friendly and efficient. The car I received on the "Manager's Special" (they choose the car for you, from what's available. I chose a compact car and received a little Chevy Sonic.) Do your Homework and find out if your existing insurance covers you completely enough with the rental car agreement. I hadn't done that and one of my relatives recommended I go ahead and get their insurance. Wow--expensive. AAA estimated my cost to be no more than $175 and when I turned in the car, I was handed a receipt for $374! They will also charge you $9.99/gal for any gas they have to use to top off the gas tank--so, don't forget to bring a receipt for that too.
