  • I left a review last year and it somehow disappeared. My roommate and I had a TERRIBLE experience. The apartment itself looks good from the outside, but the bones are seriously lacking. Neighbors below turned on their master bathroom light/vent which are connected, and it caused an electric fire. We woke up to the fire at 4:30am and had to get out immediate as fire department was called. Fellow neighbors who had lived there a while said this was not the first time it happened, but management denied any other electric issues. We broke our lease to get out of there as neither of us could sleep, worrying about our safety. Issues leading up to that: Management constantly needing to enter apartment to fix things. In only 6ish months, they had already been in there 7-8 times for repairs and "scheduled" check-ups. One time, we were given no warning. Repairman came in without warning while we were at work and left note on a pizza box. Sketchy people roaming around apartment and soliciting as soon as you exit your car. My roommate was almost carjacked pulling out on to Country Club on her way to work. I witnessed a couple "shady" deals happening in the parking lot.
