  • Awful management! Aunt has been there a few years and the problems have been too many to list. Let's just say at the Heights of Summerlin the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. The nurses and staff are noticeably miserable because of the poor communication. There are constant staff changes and recently my family and I noticed a sever deterioration in both my Aunt's physical and mental health...due presumably in part to this. If only we had listened to her months ago when she complained that her medication wasn't being administered as prescribed. Thank god we're moving her out of there. Hopefully it's not too late to get her well again.
