Went to Nacho Daddy after multiple people recommended it to us. The place is a dimly lit restaurant located on the edge of Fremont, but I wouldn't necessarily classify it as a hole in the wall. I appreciated that it's a pretty unassuming spot. We ordered two Nachos and ate family style, the Nacho Average Burger Nacho and Filet Mignon Nacho. Wow, these nachos are absolutely loaded! We all had our favorite, but mine was the Filet Mignon Nacho. It sounds like a pretty simple substitute for standard nachos, just replacing ground beef with filet mignon and dousing beans, cheese, sour cream, guac, and pico de gallo on top, but that substitute made all the difference. It's the perfect late night snack after hours of crazy shenanigans.
