  • SO UPSET. Walked in here with my boyfriend both of us in dyer need of a foot massage. Saw the sign outside '$29 for 45 minute massage' a little pricey but whatever we needed it. Walked in and told the lady at the desk we wanted to do the 45 min foot massage. She smiled and walked us into a room. The vibe of the place was very relaxing with soothing music. When the massage began it started off nice. BUT a during the entire massage the lady massaging my boyfriend kept getting up and leaving the room to greet people coming in/to answer the phone. SO unprofessional. Also the guy who was doing my massage me had his cellphone with him and it kept ringing and vibrating during the massage and he answered it. How rude. I was the most upset at the end of the massage because they charged us for a hr massage ($10 more) when we clearly asked for the 45 minute. I told them that i never asked for the 1 hr but they argued that they already did the massage i was so upset and was even more upset when they complained that my tip was bad. Like i don't even wanna give any tip to be honest, they already charged me for something i didn't ask for. Maybe if they were more professional and didn't answer their cellphones and constantly get up and leave the room i wouldn't have been so upset. All in all bad experience here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
