  • We love this office! I brought my son in to start treatment due to overcrowding and a front tooth protrusion. Dr. Chenin came highly recommended as we had already have had family and friends who have received their treatment here. We went in for the consult and Janae was very friendly for the check in process and Kelly, also very nice, made the paperwork at the end very easy to understand. My son also has Autism and the tech, I believe her name was Avery(?), did a great job getting the x rays needed for the exam and he had fun taking the pics and looking at his teeth. Dr. Chenin came in and was very friendly as well. He was very positive and confident that with the treatment needed my son's issues would be resolved. Moving forward we able to get in within a week to get his braces put on. Dr. Bateman was there (very nice Dr as well, my son responded well with her) and she reviewed his treatment plan with me and offered to answer any questions I may have. While the braces were being placed, Summer was very cool about letting my son know what she was doing and why and was also very patient about letting him pick out the color for his rubber bands. Very easy process, we are very happy with our choice.
