  • Disappointing! They were done detailing my car in less than 10 minutes - I barely had time to sit down. The so called hand wash was done with a brush at the entrance of the auto wash - no hands ever touched my car. There was water dripping from the windows and other areas and they made no effort to wipe them off until I pointed them out. I asked them to re-wipe the inside and re-vacuum because it was such a poor job. The most disappointing part is that I spent $26. I'm not a difficult person, I just want good service when I pay for it.
