  • This was my first and unfortunately last time I'll use this car wash. I called ahead as some of the reviews said there could be a long wait. I spoke with the GM and also asked if they charged more for trucks ( I have a stock 2016 F-150). He said only 1.50 more for the Mesa machine wash location. Ok great, I want a hand wash. I head over to the Phoenix location and there was 0 wait time. Perfect. They then tell me that they charge $20 minimum for a truck . I don't cause a fuss as the reviews of the place seem to speak for themselves.I order the "Supreme Hand Wash". They finish their work on the truck and I pay. When I go out, it's clearly covered in mud and water spots on the chrome, windows and paint. It's too hot to argue and I don't have time. As I don't really have time for even this review. I had been to the dump and it got light mud on it from them wetting the area down for dust. The truck didn't even have much debris on it to begin with. Now I have to for the sun to go down and rewash it myself. Definitely not happy. I've only given 2 stars as there was no wait although I can see why there wouldn't be.
