  • This hotel is very disappointing. When you enter, you notice the indoor atrium with trees and water. It doesn't make you feel you're in the middle of the desert, I mean Phoenix. Checking in was a breeze. You get a free bottle of water if you're a Hilton member. I was waiting for mine since my colleague got one and checked in before me. Then I found out it's only free if you're a member. Thanks. I don't want to pay $4 for a bottle of water in my room that has been sitting there for a month or two. My room was okay. An old hotel stench. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was very slow. The flush seems like the toilet is clogged when flushing. As for the shower/tub, my room was draining super duper slow. I could have requested another room, but I already unpacked. And the A/C is super loud in the room. It can spook you at times. It is across the mall, so that's convenient. Other than that, I've experienced better.
