I DON'T RECOMMEND- Since the Estimator was thorough, I figured they knew the job was upstairs and fairly large. BUYER BEWARE - AND BE DEMANDING. Don't assume they know what is best or you'll end up having your job go on more hours or days than necessary (maybe not consecutive days either since they are tightly booked) - or you end up working it ! They sent one very small man to haul big very heavy rolls of carpeting and padding up two flights. This experience was shameful to watch and cruel to their employee who didn't complain nor want to lose his job he values. He still worked hard the entire time. Although I followed their prep instructions, to lift many items by himself would be impossible - so I helped- for 10 1/2 hours!! I ended up giving him lunch and dinner to save time and could see he was fading. Live and Learn- I won't assume any professional contractor knows what they are doing, even if backed by Home Depot. Good: I do have nice carpeting, lost 3 pounds overnight working so hard, slept very well.
