  • Called them to get my 2009 iMac repaired. All it needed was either a LCD inverter or a graphics card. They said machine was too old and tried to sell me a new one. Just diagnosing it would cost $100/hr. Diagnosing would only require hooking up to external monitor. Prices on parts higher than Amazon.com, same with used iMacs. Newer used iMac over twice what one costs at Amazon.com. I did not use them, went instead with Amazon.c
