  • Unfortunately these people at their used car lot pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH after I called to confirm that the ad they ran on tv was correct. I drove a long way only to have them claim ignorance to their own ad. My favorite and honest salesman that used to be at Chapman Dodge left and is now in West Covina, California. The salesman today was apologetic but his sales manager? looked a fool for not even knowing what their ad was. The higher up manager yesterday said the ad I was interested in was correct then claimed no knowlede of it today. Shame on you Chapman Chrysler Jeep Used Car Dealership. They also DO NOT LIST THE PRICE OF THEIR VEHICLES ON THEM. NO WINDOW STICKER AT ALL SO THEY CAN ALTER THE PRICE AS THEY WANT TO. ALERT:: DO NOT SHOP THERE. YOU WILL BE CHEATED.
