rev:text	I was referred to Chris and Monster Air from a friend when I was looking to replace my 14 yr old a/c unit. I had already gotten 3 bids from a variety of big and small local companies. Monster Air not only helped me pick the best unit for my house and sq. footage, but saved me a bunch from what the other companies were going to charge. (His price was even better than a neighbor who was doing it as a side job!) I scheduled the install a couple of days later and I couldn't be more pleased. The installers (Yazzie, Dwight, Jay) were so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They worked to make sure everything was PERFECT before they left and took their time to do it right the first time. They went out of their way to fix the old duct work that was incorrectly installed by the builder and now ALL of my ducts are blowing ice cold air like I have never felt before! The unit is so quiet and much more efficient. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Monster Air. Honest, professional and top notch service and installation!! I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to do something extra to thank Monster Air for a job more than well done. In Phoenix, a good a/c guy is worth their weight in gold. I didn't just find a good one, I found the best I have seen in 15 years of living in Phoenix and I have worked with many and I am not easy to please. Now, I can't wait until July and August to see how much lower by electric bills are while I am nice and cool!! Call them! You will be glad you did and you can thank me later. haha.
