  • Wow. I was super excited to try this place out being new to area. I walked in and there was one customer in front of me who was already irate with the poor service quality. She had been waiting several minutes without even being acknowledged by the two employees behind the counter. We waited a few more minutes and still, nothing was said to the lady in front of me, me or my friend, or the gentleman who arrived a couple minutes after us. Finally the lady ahead of us asked the employee if she was going to acknowledge that we were there and let us know that she would be with us when she was available. The customer and the employee then got into a short argument about the service, very unprofessional, the customer asked the employee for the managers contact info at which time she then stated she was the store manage, obvious lie. Finally, 15 minutes later, the employee came to the counter, told the customer she had contacted the store manage (huh?) and let him know she had a customer complaint and that she was aware of it. Complete bs. She placed her order and then the employee disappeared again. We left. We ended up eating at a place a few doors down, Avery, which had sperb customer service and deicisous food.
