  • Major headache! You get what you pay for with Sears. The big discounts/sales are very misleading and the people they hire to install are rude. Water softener plumber tried to up charge us $160. After we paid the service charge. We sent it back, 3 weeks later no money back.. Washer dryer installed incorrectly. Had to have handyman come and fix. Washer and dryer salesman up charged us a cable we didn't need. Feeling Ripped off and foolish we chased the sales at Sears. So long forever Sears!
