  • I went to get the sns service and asked the owner to leave my length, Annoyed at my request to still leave my length she continued to try to file it shorter. I cancelled the sns. I got a pedicure in the mean time with another woman who did not speak English. I asked the owner if i could get rhinestones....10 bucks (they use a cheap rhinestone case you can get at Walmart for 2 dollars). They did not know what a half moon design was, I showed her a picture, she attempted and i decided to just forget the design all-together. The owner was super argumentative at any of my request and was not well educated as she tried to seem. She then proceeded to charge me for the design and when I offered to pay for the pedicure but not the design she locked me into the store and would not let me leave until I paid for the service I was not leaving with. I will never return here obviously and my advice is to go across the street and enjoy your spa time and really pay attention to yelp. I ignored the reviews and paid immensely for it.
