  • The manager here has no customer service skills whatsoever. I bought a high priced item for close to 100.00 and when taking it home found out it wouldn't work with my vehicle. I obviously had to open it to test it out and that's when I found out it didn't work. I brought it back and told them it didn't work and the employee who sold it to me came out to my vehicle to see for himself. It wasn't working and they tryed to tell me that it was my connection where u plug the scanner into doesn't work. So I told the manager I wanted a refund. He told me that they couldn't take back opened items and that it says that right on my receipt. After arguing with him back and forth I read the entire receipt and didn't see anything written on there at all. I told him to show me where it says that on there. That's when he said You win, and gave me my money back. The manager there has no customer service skills and should not be in charge of that store. That was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of before. I will never go back to that store again. I will be calling corporate to have him reprimanded for his actions! Complete dickhead manager!!
