rev:text	My wife and I love this place and always make it a point to visit whenever we are in town. It almost feels like an oasis in the middle of Las Vegas because the feel and the overall setting is tremendous. This is more of an experience for us because when William is working, you get to be a part of a fantastic drink presentation. He is the mixologist there and all you have to do to get that perfect drink is tell him what you like. I am simple in that I like wine so I know the road map there but my wife likes to experiment which blends in well with the way William does things. He made her three completely different drinks that started with one that focused on berries and ended with a drink that centered around Lavender extract. It's really also quite unique in that you get a history and detailed breakdown of the drink and what it entails to put it all together. We love that part. This time, we decided to try some of the small plates as well. We ordered the Cool BBQ Roll which was both fresh and chilled perfectly and also the Rosemary Lobster Arancini. The Lobster dish was unique and quite enjoyable. The presentation is also something to experience here. Very first class. William also gave us the option of ordering off their main menu as well which we took advantage of. We ordered the Mandarin Sushi Doughnut and the Rainbow Roll. Both were good although the Sushi Doughnut had a bit too much rice in our opinion. All-in-all though, that was a minor thing at the most and didn't detract from what we both considered was a 5-star experience. We are looking forward to our next adventure here.
