First off, I don't understand why they feel the need to charge for parking. It just seemed like a frivolous charge designed to make more money. Save yourself the $5 and park across the street at the Binion's parking garage. The casino has a validation machine that is good for three hours of free parking.
I guess my expectations far outweighed what they delivered. As a Las Vegas resident, we've heard Oscar Goodman hype up this place and the tax dollars he invested in it for several years. I expected more than some old photographs and History Channel video with a price tag of $42M. We also expected more, than a single room and a courtroom video talking about the hearings, on the mob's involvement in Las Vegas. I learned more watching "Casino" and "The Godfather II" about mob activity in LV.
Save your time, money, and Vegas vacation doing something more entertaining.
