Do not ever use this dry cleaners! This post will be long but worth the read!
I brought in my comforter to get cleaned and have a hole stitched. Simple thing to have done... was told it would take a week and that they would give me a call when it was ready. When I had not heard back from them informing me that my item was ready, I had to call and they informed my comforter had been ready but they forgot to call me. So already being a little annoyed, I went in to get my comforter.
When I was walking to my car, I noticed it looked a little different, so I checked it only to realize it was not my comforter. I went in and after calling another person, the man at the front desk informed me that "the invoice tickets had been switched with another comforter probably, this happens sometimes." In my opinion, this should NEVER happen. I am trusting these people to clean my items and return them to me, I should not have to worry about them getting mixed up with others.
With that being said I was called the next day to tell me they had located my item... which had been given to another costumer and that person would be bringing it back. I come back to pick it up and I am not reimbursed in anyway and am also treated VERY rudely about feeling that I should be. My item total was $27 and I was charged $33 originally and was told I would not be reimbursed for the over payment on top of that. I was not saying that I shouldn't pay at all (which most respectable business's would have reimbursed me fully) but with a horrible mess up like this and the fact that it took 3 weeks for all of this.... I should be compensated in some way, not yelled at and treated poorly.
I will definitely be looking to contact the owner and certainly be finding a new dry cleaners.
