It's an Asian grocery store but much cleaner and well managed than the ones in Chinatown (technically, it's owned by Loblaws).
There's a decent sized cooked food section but the foods are just 3 stars IMO. Reasonably priced for what you get, but pretty much run of the mill noodles, rice, various dishes, dim sum, bbq, sushi, etc.
I get all my Asian vegetables here because they are quite fresh and last in my fridge for a week without any problem (if I don't have time to deal with them during the week).
I also like the selection of dried and canned goods, both Asian and non-Asian. One stop shopping.
If you have a car, it's worth the drive. There's a huge parking lot out in front.
