  • I haven't even stayed yet, and I am already disappointed. While booking my room, I noticed a "best rate guarantee", if you find a better rate on a third party website, they promise to give you the lower rate plus 10%. After e-mailing them all the information regarding a lower rate on Bookit.com, they e-mailed me back and stated that the rate "at the time of their investigation" was $109, even though I sent them all the screen shots showing an $86 rate. I then went back to Bookit.com the next day, and sent new screen shots, that showed that the rates were still $86, not $109. I decided to book through Bookit.com at $86. I still have not received a response after my second e-mail. It is disappointing to know that they are "guaranteeing" something, but then they do not stand by their offer.
