  • I got an oil change here, and as I drove away I heard a scraping sound coming from under my car. I went back to the shop and they told me the plastic splash guard under the front of the car had fallen down because they had only attached two of the eight "bolts" that hold it up. (They're actually plastic clips.) The guy I dealt with told me that now they had properly attached all the "bolts" and I left. Two days later, I heard a rattling while on the freeway. I pulled over and saw that they had attached the splash guard with zip ties! Not only did they do a shoddy job, but they LIED to me about it. I went to the nearest Meineke (Bell and 24th St.) and the manager said the original shop should not have used zip ties, and he was embarrassed someone from his company had done that. He fixed the problem properly at no charge.
