  • Alex made a visit to my house to determine why I was not getting a good Wi-Fi signal in part of my house, and he was able to quickly assess the problem and addressed it immediately. Even before we had a contract he helped me navigate Time Warner Cable and provide immediate help. He and his technician were back within a few days to help me install a secondary router, while maintaining my existing home office set up. Also, right after the technician left, I experienced a minor problem, called Alex for assistance and he sent his tech right around to come straight back to my house. Poor guy - I think he might have been late for dinner that night! Very happy with Alex, his recommendations and the service at Vellve Systems. Our Wi-Fi works so fast now - happy household.
