  • I have been very impressed by the customer service offered by Carolina Pest. After entering my information on their website, I was promptly contacted and given detailed information on their services and prices. My service technician, Jeff, called to schedule the appointment. He arrived exactly on time and was friendly. He completed the job in less than an hour. Then, 2 weeks later I started seeing spiders again. Ironically, at that same time, Carolina Pest called me to check on the service. Impressive! I told them the problem and they immediately scheduled me for another (free) treatment. Jeff came out again and was friendly as usual. I like that they guarantee their service. I just hope it works this time!
