I try to allow everyone the opportunity to have a bad day, however, when you have several opportunities to recover bad customer service and one year later still haven't recovered...i'm done. When I ordered two pairs of eyeglasses for my granddaughter last year it took almost 1 month to get them. They had lost or misplaced my order. Every time I called, I was given a different excuse as to why I did not have the glasses. There was no effective follow-up and no accountability for misinformation. Fast forward one year to today. I requested a copy of my prescription. I was told that I had to come in to pick it up or have a release faxed and then that it could be emailed. I made 3 phone calls in reference to this. The third call was to confirm that what the second person told me was true. I was told that Yes, if I faxed back the release that the prescription could be emailed. When I called to confirm receipt of the fax I was told that I could NOT have the prescription emailed. I am done with this. While the representatives that I spoke with were pleasant enough, there is no accounting for bad customer service when relaying wrong information. Will NOT be returning or calling. My business will go elsewhere!
