The manager of this company is incompetent, immature and rude. Definitely skip this plumbing business for another.

I had called the company back because the technician had told me to do so if there were any issues.
I understand that the plumbing company's hands are tied when it comes to the warranty, but I was mostly shocked by how immature the manager spoke to me from the beginning of the phone call that began with me being confident that this company would show good service.
If you read his reply to me and most other of the yelp reviews you can see how combative and belittling he is as he is trying to defend himself against criticism and win new customers.
I've never before felt the need to give any negative online reviews to any company, but after the bizarre interaction I had with Jody where he ended the call by saying "if you know so much then why don't you run a plumbing company!" And hanging up. So odd
Anyway, a note on competency:
I had another plumber come independent of a home warranty (I'm not adverse to spending the money necessary to get a plumbing issue fixed in my family's home like Jody suggests along with me putting tampons and potato peels down the toilet even though the technician hadn't snaked out a single scrap of debris). The new plumber immediately noticed that the seal beneath the toilet was totally corroded and patched up from improper maintenance in the past. He replaced the seal with materials that cost me less than 35$ at Home Depot. There were never any issues with my pipes and the new plumber diagnosed the actual (and obvious) problem immediately and fixed it quickly. It wasn't hard for him to do the job correctly the first time. I'm not the only one who can't say that for Lions den LLC.
