rev:text	My family and I rented with Robinson Realty for 3 years Aug 2013-Aug 31st 2016. I can attest to the following; 1. Cheri Camarena responded to my emails in a timely manner. Any issues, HOA issues, questions, etc.. 2. They have an online portal in which I used to submit maint requests and manage payments which was very seamless. For example When I made a maint request they were easily resolved. 3. Ease of communication for example how to terminate my contractual obligation when it expired, and assisted me thoroughly on how to proceed. 4. I had Jnaice's personal cell phone who I could text and call for coordinating the final walk through. When working working with property management companies it is difficult to know who you can trust, but it's nice when you find a company you can like Robinson. And I received my deposit back no problem. Great company !
