  • The best thing about this place is that it's UNLIMITED, brand new, has variety, and *extremely* reasonable in price. Unlike the gym, they have classes that will fit any schedule, although I wish they would add a few more early afternoon classes during the week. And unlike other Yoga Studios, you pay one flat fee per month (like the gym), and you can go as many times as you'd like! My other-half signed us up for 6 months together as a Christmas present, and it has been a great experience! The studio is gorgeous, and brand new. I really enjoy Evette's Mixed Flow classes on Tuesdays at noon, and Fridays at 9:30am. We were the only people that showed up on Valentine's Day at the noon class, so Evette offered to turn it into a Couples Class, which turned out to be so much fun! I'm sure some folks would have paid top dollar for the 1.5 hour private class we got! I have benefited greatly, both mentally and physically, from just the first couple months. I am going to ask them to add classes specifically for kids so my children (9 and 12) can go, too - I think it would be great fun, while improving their focus and strength. Although I'm sure mature kids would be allowed to attend the classes I have been to.
