I had a great experience when I was getting my blood drawn last week. The phlebotomists were fantastic. Unfortunately, when I went back to get results, the person behind the desk, Valerie, was so rude. I'm amazed her manager allows her be the face of the company. I had to wait 40 minutes and then found out she forgot to place the order. Even worse was when she lied to me about it and was nasty when I asked about typical time frames.
During the 40 min wait, she was incredibly rude to customer after customer. I hope her manager sees this and spends some time with her on attitude, honesty, and customer service.
