  • Ventured over to Hello Bistro with my best friend while she was visiting for the weekend, and I loved it. I had the broccoli and cauliflower grilled cheese (it has a fancier name, but I can't remember it) and it was fantastic! I loved being able to try something different, and of course, I'll never turn down ANY variation of a grilled cheese. There was no line (which I don't think is typical), and our food was prepared fast and accurately (seems normal, but you'd be surprised..), so no complaints from me :) thumbs up HB!
