  • We just finished selling a house through Paul Miotke. Our overall experience was excellent with him. Previously, we used a Redfin agent but that sale fell through. Other than the MLS marketing the Redfin agent seemed to just wait for a buyer to come through. After the 90 days expired, we decided to try a different agent. Paul is a full service agent who offers his opinions and has a can do attitude. He replied to all my calls and texts immediately. We had a few offers from buyers that fell through but he seemed to understand that is part of the process and was never discouraged. He would let me know how many agents showed every weekend. In the end, we had a buyer who wanted the property but wanted repairs. We did the usual counteroffer for $1500 credit and they would do the repairs. They wanted the repairs done before the purchase completion.? I was stretched for time, so Paul took it upon himself to hire the licensed contractors and it was all done for less than $1200. Now, that's service! All in all, I would have to give Paul the highest rating and highly recommend him if you want someone to work hard for you. He will get the job done.
