  • I lived there for 3 years and would not recommend it to anyone. During that time they had 4 management companies but retained many of the same staff through the transition. Most of the staff were not helpful and the complex went to shit quickly. They never respond to work orders and never respond to e-mails/voicemails either. They never cleaned anything, including spraying down hallways or especially around the trash chutes. When trash would no longer slide down the chute, they sent out a mass email asking residents to soap up the chute before throwing trash down it. I could go on, but hopefully you get the point.
