  • I took my Maltese to Aloha at around noon. They said he was so matted that he would have to resort to temporary baldness post-grooming! Because I was risking my animal getting nicked on his skin during the grooming process (he was THAT matted), I was very worried that I would return to a wounded, hairless creature I once familiarized as my hairiest, fluffiest friend. They informed me that the grooming would take a couple hours. Instead, shortly after I returned home after running a few short errands, Aloha called me back in just less than an hour notifying me that my dog was finished and ready to be picked up! I got to the groomers and was in absolute shock with my dog's results. It was evident in his new haircut that they took the best care of him while giving him a superior new look. They managed to salvage most of his hair (it's like he just got a short trim!), trim his nails, and give his face an adorable "puppy cut" in such a quick and efficient manner. The owners are very friendly and professional, and I am incredibly pleased with how they cared for and treated my dog. I definitely plan on returning as a loyal customer!
