  • Sorry, For being new it's the worst one of all. People at the front don't know how to instruct guests on tanning machines, the ladies room is always a wreck and it's the most unpleasant out of all the locations.... I even emailed the GM of this location and received no response to my comments, concerns and feedback. It's clear to see they don't care about guest retention or keeping paid members happy.
