| - After moving to our new home a couple months ago, I decided to stop in to Charlinda after driving by a few times. I love chocolate, sweets, etc and have kids that I was looking to buy for. I walked into the shop and immediately the lady at the front of the store yelled, in a very irritated tone: "Can you shut the door behind you??!". I said, "Oh, I'm sorry, Ok". I was very surprised and caught off guard. I still replied very kindly. I looked around the store and was disappointed with the small selection. I thought about how the lady greeted me, and simply decided to leave. I did not feel comfortable, and had a horrible first impression of the owner, or even employee. I felt like the lady treated me, as if I knew there was something wrong with her door (as it didn't close behind me), and regardless should never speak to a customer in this manner. I have chosen to not give my business to this place and will happily take a PASS. I've also shared my experience with family and friends.
