  • The food was pretty good, the atmosphere was great, and the beer selection was amazing. I wanted to like this place so bad, but the service absolutely killed it. First off, let me say that our waitress was awesome. She seemed to be single handedly serving the outside seating area and was doing the best she could to service everyone. I think the problem lays with management. It appears that the establishment is severely understaffed; hire some more wait staff so that customers don't have to wait 20 minutes to be served and then have to be apologized to multiple times for the quality of service. When our food finally came out, one person in our group ordered quesadillas with NO sour cream and a side of tater tots. His quesadilla was loaded with sour cream and and there were no tots to be seen. After sending the quesadilla back to be corrected he asked about his tots, the kitchen wait staff that was running he food out brought back a cup of salsa. After being told again that we were missing tater tots, then kitchen staff returned a second time with a cup of tarter sauce. Finally, after physically showing him the menu, tater tots were finally brought to the table. Upper level management, based on our experience and the experience of other Yelp reviews, fix your problems. As for our waitress, AnneMari, was awesome. She's overworked. Give her a raise.
