  • The Blue Hound is a beautiful restaurant and we were seated within 10 min. We ordered several appetizers and it was hit or miss. The sliders and deviled eggs were good but the corn grit fries were not my favorite. The pork shank was right on the money and the meat just fell off the bone. If you're on a date night, I would definitely recommend Blue Hound.
