Completely disorganized. Understaffed. Poor customer service.
They only had two employees working. According to one of them, the manager had gone home early. Bad decision. We were "next in line" since we entered the store. By the time either employee was free to help the next customer (maybe 20-30 minutes later), the virtual queue had grown to about 4-5 groups of people (not counting the one who left). I say virtual queue because there was no way to know the order of customers except for our own honesty. It took one of the other customers to ask about a waiting list/signup sheet in order for them to even create one. Everyone came in with absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement from the employees. Granted, the employees were friendly when you finally got to interact with them.
T-Mobile is doing some nice things as a company, but this store is a terrible front for it.
