  • This review is for the lounge and entrance part of the hotel only. I was staying down the street at another hotel and decided to come here for some martinis and people watching. The doormen jumped when my limo (compliments of L'Albatross) showed up and two of them quickly helped me out and opened the front door. I was greeted immediately by another employee who directed me up to the lounge where I was again greeted by the lovely hostess (who's name I forgot even though we spent much time talking-IM SORRY!) She informed me the martini bar was closed for a private function but the akin lounge was open and could make the same drinks. Seated at the bar I was promptly served some uber delicious drinks and ended up staying for let's just say, more then two of them, while talking to said lovely hostess who gave me information on the hotel as well as the concierge level as I always stay in suites and club floors. Upon leaving said doormen hailed a car very quickly for me and made sure I was safely in and on my way. I decided next time I come to downtown Cleveland, I'm staying here! The service was exceptional!!
