First off, I want to start by saying that I'm leaving my original review up, not to tarnish the company but to show that customers are not always right and we can be ignorant of situations that cause us to write reviews like the one I wrote. To the pedicurist that originally did my pedicure, I want to say that I'm sorry for judging so harshly in my original review. I knew that the pedicure system that I asked for was new and I didn't realize how different the procedure is than the other pedicures that I have received. So in my ignorance, I'm pretty sure I offended you and I apologize for that.
Now, as for the management and the employees that were there yesterday, your attitude and eagerness to rectify my experience was truly exceptional. Roben, the owner, was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable about the situation I had experienced previously, understanding of both the customers experience and the employees experience as well. He took the time to sit down and explain to me and show me the differences in the pedicure systems they offer so that I was able to understand my previous pedicurist was still in the learning stage of that process.
So on to my pedicure... I am wowed and completely floored. The pedicurist today was gentle, efficient, and his foot massage, quite literally, almost made me fall asleep in the chair. My feet look amazing and feel like new skin. I will definitely be going back to Sparkle because they care about your business and making sure that all parties involved are happy with what they're paying for and that is what every customer loves and respects.
So thank you very much Roben, my pedicurist today, and my previous pedicurist for enduring my ignorance.
