  • For convention purposes...5 star! The staff is amazing! They work with you well, Angela Willette stands out! Amazing. Good communicator and puts things in action immediately. The rest of the staff...amazing. Customer service is obviously important! Meeting facilities are fabulous. There are many options. The restaurants have quality food and service. The rooms are nice, not extravagant. The hotel was updated a few years ago. Elevators are small. The "club lounge" that is offered on the top two floors could use more cleaning and more comfortable chairs. The food times were not monitored and they did not restock. The food choices were not good. Overall that part was extremely disappointing. Covered parking is available. Nice pool and tennis area. Water slide. Health club and more. There were occasions that homeless people wondered in... Overall a good facility.
