  • What a nightmare. I've had great experiences with Budget until I rented in March at the Charlotte Airport. Everyone in line was disputing an issue/overcharge. I was in a rush and left with a vehicle that had gum on the seats, dings all over. This vehicle was an "upgrade" and then they told me that they were the generous ones for giving me a better vehicle. They didn't have the vehicle ready that I had reserved. Please steer clear of this location- doesn't seem like they have their act together nor is customer service of any kind a priority.
